Training
Training is the best investment we can make in our employees. Opterra uses a combination of on-the-job, in-person, and online training. Employees train under the supervision of experienced coworkers, in the classroom with subject matter experts, and complete online courses designed to provide all the knowledge needed to do exceptional work for our customers.
